Jump rope 2 minutes

Crunches 40

Jump rope 2 minutes

Burpee’s 2

Walking lunges down and back 40

Jumping jacks 30

Mountain Climbers 20 (

Pushups 15

Pop squats 15

Pushups 15

Alternating scissor kicks 10 each side

Walking lunges down and back

Crunches 40

Squat to kettle bell swing 15

Knee tuck jumps 15 (jump up and tuck your knees to your chest)

Rest for 5 minutes and repeat twice
