I love everything related to working out, the way look after, the way I catch myself checking out my arms in the mirror, and the feeling of accomplishment after a great workout. My first workout was taking a spin class, and that moved onto running. I’ve tried kickboxing, Jamie Eason’s LiveFit which is how my Mark Darsy and I began to workout together. My favorite phase was phase 3, and that is where we began jumping roping. Working out is not a way to achieve a great body, but it also a great way to relieve stress…and everyone has a little of that. It keeps our journey balance.
